1. Prepare Your Order Details
Before placing your grocery order, gather the following information:

Brand Preference: Decide if you want a specific brand or store brand for each item.

Quantity, Size, or Count: Specify how many or how much you need (e.g., a loaf of bread, 12 eggs).

Fresh or Frozen: Indicate whether you prefer fresh or frozen options.

Container Preference for Milk: Let us know if you want your milk in a carton or plastic container.

Alternative Items: Provide options for substitutions (e.g., different flavors, sizes) if your preferred item is unavailable.

Placing Your Grocery Order
By following these steps, you'll ensure that your grocery order is placed smoothly and accurately each week!
2. Place Your Order
A volunteer will call you to take your order. Be ready with your prepared list of items. Orders will be placed every Tuesday between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm. We deliver nearly all store products, including birthday cakes, greeting cards, gift cards (up to $50), deli and bakery items, stamps, and phone cards.

Due to weight restrictions, each order can include only one of the following:

One 24-pack of pop/water, or
-
Two 12-packs of pop/water, or
-
2 gallons of milk/water/juice, or
-
Two large household/pet items (15 lbs. each).
Note: We do not deliver alcohol or tobacco products.
3. Shopping & Delivery
Your groceries will be shopped for and delivered on Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location. You’ll receive a copy of your grocery order
and receipt with your delivery.
Stay Available: Please keep your phone handy on Wednesday or Thursday in case the shopper needs to contact you for questions or item substitutions.
Our volunteers can assist with unpacking your bags, opening jars, and putting away heavy items if needed.

4. Payment
Pay the grocery store directly for the items. You will also need to cover a small service fee. Call for details on the fee.
