At Age Well Arrowhead, we provide compassionate, reliable care to help adults 65+ live independently and with dignity. Our trained, background-checked staff are dedicated to empowering older adults to make informed choices about their service needs.
We offer a wide range of personalized, flexible services tailored to each person’s needs and lifestyle. By encouraging proactive planning, we help prevent crises and support long-term well-being.
Whether your loved one needs help at home, companionship, or ongoing care, our trusted team is here to offer respectful, dependable support every step of the way.
We are based in Duluth, MN and typically serve clients within a 20 mile radius in cities such as Duluth, Hermantown, Proctor, and Superior.
In-home care is available to adults age 65 and older who are living independently in their own homes or apartments. Age Well provides light housekeeping and companionship services only. Please note that we do not offer hands-on or personal care related to daily living activities.
Homemaker and Companionship services require a 2-hour minimum.
Services begin with a meeting with an Age Well Consultant. During this visit, you can complete enrollment and typically begin services within the following week. Most new clients are able to get started in about one week.
Age Well Arrowhead only accepts calls during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Respite is often considered the “gift of time” for those who are providing caregiving to loved ones. Respite provides short-term relief for caregivers and companionship for the care receivers.
Respite is a service that provides relief for those providing caregiving for a loved one. Stress, physical sickness, anxiety, missed deadlines and declining personal hygiene are all indications that someone might benefit from respite.
All Age Well In-home Homemaker and Companion employees are provided Dementia Friendly at Work training.
